Uji Intensitas Garam Salt Intensity Test
Tujuan : untuk membeda-bedakan antara intensitas rasa dari tiga solusi
Aim : to discriminate between the taste intensity of three solutions.
Bahan yang diperlukan berdasarkan 6 penguji
Materials required based on six testers
6 wadah trays
6 gelas air glasses of water
18 kontainer containers
6 kartu nilai scorecards
Uji intensitas asam dan manis dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara yang sama.
Sour and sweet intensity tests can be carried out in a similar manner.
Asam/Sour
250ml air water
250ml air water + 1 sdt teasp. lemon juice
250ml air water + 1 sdm tablesp. lemon juice
Manis/Sweet
250ml air water
250ml air water + 1 sdt gula teasp. Sugar
250ml air water + 1 sdtm gula tablesp. Sugar
Prosedur/ Procedure
1. Kodekan 18 kontainer sesuai petunjuk: Code 18 containers as follows:
6 kontainer dengan simbol £
6 kontainer dengan simbol �
6 kontainer dengan simbol ê
6 containers with symbol £
6 containers with symbol �
6 containers with symbol ê
2. Tempatkan solusi dibawah dalam container berkode:
Place the following solutions into coded containers:
6 kode £ - 250ml air
6 kode � - 250ml air + ½ sdt. garam
6 kode ê - 250ml air + 1 sdt. garam
Air dapat sedikit hangat untuk membantu penghancuran dari garam.
6 coded £ - 250ml water
6 coded � - 250ml water + ½ teasp. salt
6 coded ê - 250ml water + 1 teasp. salt
Water can be slightly warm to aid the dissolving of salt.
3. Siapkan wadah yang telah diberi nomor 1-6. Letakkan satu container dengan simbol £, satu dengan simbol �, dan satu dengan simbol ê di setiap wadah.
Set up trays numbered 1 - 6. Place one container with symbol £, one with symbol � and one with symbol ê on each tray.
4. Instruksikan penguji untuk mengikuti instruksi dalam kartu nilai.
Instruct testers to follow instructions on scorecard.

Dimulai dari mana saja, pilih sebuah cangkir, isap, tahan dalam mulut setidaknya selama 10 detik dan catat rasanya. Proses semua sampel dengan cara yang sama, dengan menetralkan mulut diantara pengujian lainnya. Tandai sampel dengan kondisi intensitas rasa, contohnya: 1 untuk solusi terlemah dan 3 untuk solusi terkuat. Starting in any order, choose a cup, take a sip from it, hold it in your mouth for at least 10 seconds and note the taste. Proceed through the other samples in a similar manner, rinsing your mouth between each. Please indicate the order of the samples in terms of taste intensity i.e. 1 for the weakest solution and 3 for the strongest solution. £ ________ � ________ ê ________ |
