a. Uji Indentifikasi Rasa (Taste Identification Test)
Tujuan : untuk mendorong siswa mengembangkan kesadaran atas rasa dasar – manis, asam, asin dan pahit.
Aim: To encourage students to develop an awareness of the basic tastes - sweet, sour, salt and bitter.
Bahan yang diperlukan per siswa (Materials required per student)
4 cangkir. Beri kode pada cangkir 1, 2, 3 dan 4
1 gelas air (untuk membersihkan mulut)
4 cups. Code the cups 1, 2, 3 and 4.
1 glass of water (to rinse mouth)
Prosedur (Procedure)
1. Siapkan cangkir sesuai petunjuk: Prepare the cups as follows:
Cangkir 1 250ml air + 1 sdt gula…………………………………………. Manis
Cangkir 2 250ml air + ½ sdt garam…………………………………….. Asin
Cangkir 3 250ml air + 2 sdt jus lemon…………………………………. Asam
Cangkir 4 250ml air + 100ml air tonik (berkarbonasi)……………. Pahit
Cup 1 250ml water + 1 teasp. sugar ……………………………….. Sweet
Cup 2 250ml water + ½ teasp. salt ………………………………… Salt
Cup 3 250ml water + 2 teasp. lemon juice ………………………. Sour
Cup 4 250ml water + 100ml tonic water (decarbonated) ……Bitter
2. Perintahkan siswa untuk mengikuti petunjuk di kartu nilai.

Anda diperkenalkan dengan 4 solusi sample yang menunjukkan dasar sensasi rasa dari manis, asam, asin dan pahit. Pilih satu cangkir, hisap sedikit, tahan dimulut selama 10 detik dan catat rasanya. Proses pengujian sampel yang lain dengan cara yang sama, dengan menetralkan mulut terlebih dahulu. Isi identifikasi rasa disetiap kasus. You are presented with 4 samples of solutions which represent the basic taste sensations of sweet, sour, salt and bitter. Choose a cup, take a sip from it, hold it in your mouth for 10 seconds and note the taste. Proceed through the other samples in a similar manner, rinsing your mouth between each.
